Air Liquide has developed and qualified a range of gas carts to handle the new eco-friendly SF6-free gas mixtures, automatically and fast.

The carts allow to fill, top-fill and recover the gas mixtures in large or small gas-insulated high voltage compartments with a perfect homogenization for ambient temperatures from -20°C to +50°C. Dielectric mixtures may be premixed, contained in regular cylinders or large tanks, in gaseous or liquefied states, or mixed on-site. Proven by 20 years of large use worldwide, our certified low-temperature induction heating provides high flow rate filling and improved productivity, thus reducing operator time.
